You have visited a site offering free knowledge on home brew and in case you wondered what the FDW stood for it's falling down water. As I write this in my 62nd year, the knowledge I have gained in the last 25 years needs passing on before I do. My aim is to teach you the basics of wine making using products that are available with a little effort, but written in a light hearted fashion which is more my style.

As yet most of the greedy governments world-wide have left the home brewer alone, long may it last. However some of the processes I will show you are not legal and could be a danger to operate. Lastly on this subject, selling home brew products is defiantly off limits, if we wish to carry on this hobby and avoid bureaucrats introducing taxation, drink it yourself.

I am going to tell you how to use leaf, roots, flowers and seeds to produce a wine. How Pocheen and Brandy is made and more important how to do this without spending mega bucks.

A forum is available for all to use, beer making is included, however my talents on beer are limited. Questions on the forum relating to the Still will have to be carefully worded based on the theory aspect.
